After staying up all night until the wee hours of the morning starting my blog webpage, not its time to put my wonders in ACTION. Its definately time to use our basement again! Procasination must cease! we have a great space in the basement perfect for an art studio. I went downstairs to begin brainstorming how I wanted to build my vision. There were piles of clothes that needed to be washed, outdoor toys scattered on the floor, random paper garbage here and there, missing shoes, winter gear, and toys Nathan had outgrown, It screamed ORGANIZATION! I cleaned up slowly with help of my 5 year old son Jordan (Isaiah was in tennessee), and found things I can use! After I cleaned up, the basement looked extremely boring and plain.
It now screamed COLOR! Jordan, Nathan, and I made a trip to Lowe's. I was not interested in spending money on paint cuz I knew it could be pricey. They had sample paints for 1.50 which I was happy about. I had no idea what colors to choose from then I saw a table with sample paints that previous customers did not want. It was priced 50 cents a can!!!! I was so excited so I got all 6 cans and paid 3 bucks! god is good :)
We used the paint from Lowes to pain the fruit tree, Isaiah, and Jordan's shadows on the wall. Isaiah is an Angel and Jordan is a soldier of God.
We also went to the Dollar Tree and made a haul.
